Pichtogalo Chanion with cereals and honey



1 kg Pichtogalo Chanion
200 gr diverse cereals (corn flakes etc)
250 gr honey
Prunes or other dried fruit for garnish

Place the cereals at the bottom of a glass. Add the Pichtogalo Chanion and cover with honey. Sprinkle with the dried fruit. This can be eaten either as desert or for breakfast.
