Minced chicken stuffed with Sfela



1 kg minced chicken meat
2 eggs
100 gr bread crumbs
50 ml milk
40 gr olive oil
8 gr salt
4 gr white pepper
250 gr Sfela

Add all of the ingredients – except for the cheese – to the mince meat, and knead into large meat balls, inserting slices of the Sfela inside these. Place the meatballs on an oiled tray, and grill in a medium setting, using either the grill or the oven.
