Grilled Manouri with honey and nuts



1 kg Manouri, cut in round slices
60 ml olive oil
100 gr honey
80 gr nuts, shelled
10 gr sesame seeds

Marinate the Manouri slices in olive oil and grill them on a flat surface. Sprinkle the sesame seeds on a flat surface and coat the hot Manouri slices in the sesame seeds. Place the Manouri slices on a serving dish and cover with warmed honey and the nuts. Garnish with fruit and serve.
